David and Heather Announce Arrival

David and Heather Frei of Beloit, Wisconsin have welcomed a new baby into their home. Isaiah Luther Frei was born on March 23, 2006 at the Beloit Hospital at 8:06 a.m.

The newest Freiguy was 20 1\2 inches and weighed in at 7 lbs 6 ozs. - both mom and baby are doing very well. Grandparents may be seen floating somewhere between cloud 9 and cloud 10, not expected to land in the near future.
