Russell Family Reunion . . .

When Anita Russell was living at 455 South 10th Street in Saginaw family get togethers were almost weekly.  The family stayed close until after her death in 1971, but has become more distant since then, mostly meeting for weddings and, more recently, funerals.  That changed beginning November 1, 2003 when the family met at the Averill Center (N.A.P.H. building)

Potluck dinner, much of which was provided by Lorraine Gehringer, highlighted a fabulous reunion. Four of the children of Anita and Fares were in attendance: Nancy Frei, Arlee Aldrich, Tom Russell and Lorraine Gehringer. Carol Russell was also there, though Uncle Dick and Aunt Ruth could not make the long trek from Sparks, Nevada. Check the Photo Gallery for many more photos.
